DMSC-711 Foundations of Implementation Science
Implementation Science comprises a set of high-yield tools used to bridge gaps that may exist between evidence-based practice and standard practice. Participants will identify a gap from their professional setting and develop a plan to engage stakeholders to determine how best to close the gap, identify barriers, identify facilitators of change, and create viable implementation strategies for sustainable change. Implementation Science is agnostic to topic, making it useful for applications across disciplines.
