Practical business skills for aspiring or established health system leaders. Topics include workforce and service line management, operational budget design and oversight, and principles of health system leadership. Participants will develop the skills necessary to direct and support personnel, analyze data to optimize service line performance and endorse the creation of new service lines, and communicate key issues to senior leaders.
