Library and Learning Support Services

The award-winning Cruzen-Murray Library serves as an intellectual and social hub on campus, providing a wide range of library and learning support services while striving to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to individual study, discovery, creativity, reflection, and collaborative work.

Academic Advising

Academic Advising, located on the upper level of the Cruzen-Murray Library, works in collaboration with faculty advisors in all departments and programs to provide personalized guidance and support for College of Idaho students as they develop and navigate academic plans that align with their goals and aspirations.

Tutoring

The Tutoring Program, located on the main level of the Cruzen-Murray Library, connects students with free peer support and tutoring across the curriculum.

Library

The library features include ten group study rooms, many writable walls, and a 24-hour space for meeting and study. The library’s collections, tools, and services support a wide range of students’ needs, from research for a class or assignment to leisure reading, movies, or board games. One-on-one research consultations with a librarian are available and encouraged.
